Naomi Weidner creates quilt wall hangings, miniature scenes, and three-dimensional bowls with depth, light, and texture. Weidner adapts the composition from a photograph and then creates a computerized design for her fabric and thread creations. She typically hand-dyes her fabrics and eco-prints with leaves and flowers but has recently explored the techniques of Shibori stitching and dyeing with indigo.
