Glenn Perry, born at Kenmore, New York in 1953, received his art education at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, receiving a certificate in 1979. He has been a member of the Buffalo Society of Artists since 1985, and the Washington Society of Landscape Painters since 1999. Perry has been on the staff of the National Gallery of Art’s exhibit department from 1990 through the present.
He’s had work in many juried exhibits, including three consecutive showing in the Western New York Exhibit at the Albright-Knox Art gallery in Buffalo, NY. Most recently he has shown with his co-workers from National Gallery of Art’s Design and Installation department at the Target Gallery of the Torpedo Art Center in Alexandria, VA.
