Connie Woolard studied art at the University of Maryland and the Abbot Art School of the District of Columbia. She worked for many years as a commercial artist and art director and now devotes herself to freelance painting. She is a member, and has been an officer, of many artists’ organizations. Examples of her work hang in U.S. Embassies around the world and in the Rockville (Maryland) City Council Chambers.
