RAIR (Recycled Artist in Residency) is an artist residency program based inside a construction-and-demolition waste recycling company in Northeast Philadelphia. Founded in 2010, it offers artist residencies, fellowships, new project commissions, interdisciplinary partnerships, and public programs centered on direct engagement with the waste stream. Through this model, RAIR supports artists in transforming discarded materials and industrial processes into sites of experimentation and creative reuse.
