Anthony Liggins is an Atlanta-Miami based artist with global reach who is working to expand his concept. He has been creating exquisite pieces of art for over twelve years and has had work in twelve major, group museum exhibitions in the U.S. and Europe, at some of the most highly regarded venues such as the Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.; the Oakland Museum, California; the Longmont Museum and Cultural Center, Colorado; and the James A.
