Katarina Benzova began her professional career as tour photographer for Guns N’ Roses in 2010, later expanding her practice across music photography, video, directing, and creative production. Of her series Where the Music Lives, Benzova says it captures “the places where music begins—not on stages or in recording studios, but in porches, living rooms, workshops, pickup trucks, and along quiet roads.” Created across rural and small-town American landscapes, the series portrays musicians in moments of reflection, creation, and solitude.
