Susan has been making textile art since the late 1970s. She has exhibited nationally and in 7 foreign countries. Her quilts have been collected by the renowned textile designer, Jack Lenor Larsen, as well as by major corporations and museums.
Susan is a member of the Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA), the Southern Highland Craft Guild, the Weaverville Art Safari, Piedmont Craftsmen, Art Quilt Network, and Ladies in New Textiles (L.I.N.T.
