Peter Stroud was geometric abstract artist who worked with patterned grids, switching between relief paintings and two-dimensional works where paint, rather than strips of wood, created the grid boundaries and shadows. Stroud also found an additional medium conducive to his interest in pattern and color in screenprinting.
