Norman Parish, artist and Bachelor of Fine Arts graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, moved to Washington, DC from Chicago in 1988. In 1991 he opened Parish Gallery of Georgetown, in Canal Square as a showcase for contemporary visual artists working in painting, sculpture, and photography mediums presenting fine art.
