Nancy Mee

Nacy Mee is a sculptor whose work incorporates a variety of materials, including glass, forged steel, stone and photography. She is shown commercially in several galleries in the United States and is also represented in many public and private collections, nationally and internationally.

Born in Oakland, California, Mee earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Washington in 1974, and has studied at S. W. Hayter’s Atelier 17 and the American Center for Art and Artists in Paris. Her work is included in Public collections that include the Seattle Art Museum, the Tacoma Art Museum, and the Musée des Arts Décoratives in Lausanne, Switzerland.
