Washington, D.C., native Lucy Clark works from life and from memory, her paintings primarily drawn from nature. She uses a variety of media to express her visions, from graphite with gouache to oil on wood panels to ink on paper. A graduate of Simon’s Rock of Bard College and the University of Pennsylvania, her work has been exhibited in galleries across the country.
