Henry Stinson was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but spent much of his childhood in the southern United States and the Pacific Northwest. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to painting, Stinson has taught at numerous schools, including the Scottsdale Artists’ School and Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle, Washington.
Stinson’s paintings have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in galleries throughout the United States as well as internationally. His work is also included in numerous private collections and his awards have included several best of show awards.
